E.H. TAYLOR BARREL-AGED BIG FOOT BOURBON

 

E.H. Taylor Barrel-Aged Big Foot Bourbon is one of many versions of E.H. Taylor. This marvelous barely wine is an Ale finished in bourbon barrels that has matured for Seven years. It is produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery, like other great blends such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is the first beer collaboration for the E.H. Taylor brand. Delivering one of their highest ABV beers ever in partnership with Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. This spirit features profound notes of molasses on the nose. The palate awakes you with a savory caramel mouthful mingled with a rich blend of molasses, and dark fruits. The finish is warm with lingering notes of burnt sugar on the backend of the palate.
