Age

By using the LiquorStars.com, you represent and affirm that you are at least 21 years old and that any gift recipient to whom you ship alcohol products through the website is also at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is at least age 21.  In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.

Delivery Address

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order.  Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession. Products cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, Post Office boxes. Any order shipped to an improper address, purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If you must cancel due to an improper address, a 10% charge may apply.

All orders shipped to California residents are subject to California sales tax. Purchasers made to non-California residents to an address outside the state of California are exempt from sales tax.

Shipping Responsibility

When your order is approved by your credit card company, you own the goods. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for compliance with all laws regarding such shipments. You may also make your own shipping arrangements. You are solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, levies or fees (including any sales, use or withholding taxes) imposed by any authority on you by virtue of your transacting with retailers or otherwise by using the Services. We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions. Price & Availability

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will try to ship your order within 3-5 business days and during the holidays some orders may take a little longer. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until we receive the product. If a product is out-of-stock at the store it can take up to 5 business days for us to receive the product from the distributor. Due to demand and availability, we cannot guarantee that orders will be filled if you order a limited or seasonal releases.


Shipping Information

We ship spirits to all the states in the United States of America, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah.

Our product availability varies by the state due to differing state regulations. We do not ship our products internationally or to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping a Gift

We are more than happy to assist you with shipping our products as gifts. On each product page, you may select the option to include gift wrapping and/or a personalized greeting card. The recipient must be 21 years or older to accept the delivery.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot split one order into multiple addresses. Each address needs to have a specific order placed.

Receiving a Shipment

Upon delivery of a shipment, our delivery partners will ask to see the recipient's ID to verify they are 21 years or older. They will also need to sign for the order. If you are not home, we will make additional attempts, and then the shipment will be held at the shipper's distribution center. Shipping Rates & Options

Our goal is to ship orders during the same business day we receive them before 3 p.m. local time. Orders placed after 3 p.m. local time will ship the following day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of the delivery method.

Our current available shipping options are UPS® Ground and UPS 3 Day Select®, and UPS Next Day Air®. All shipping options include delivery through Saturday.

The shipping rate is based on the content's weight and shipment service selected. Each item's rate will be shown in your shopping cart and will update as items are either added or removed from the cart. 

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, our team will email you with your shipping information. This allows you to track your order with UPS® as it travels to the delivery address. Again, to receive the package, the recipient must be 21 years of age or older.
